In 1996 Arla Foods Ingredients acquired the exclusive worldwide rights to produce and commercialize Gaio® tagatose for food and beverages from Spherix Inc.. Spherix Inc. has maintained the commercial rights for non-food applications using the brand name Naturlose. |
